Arpuro Labs takes over from Signal Analysis Lab

Arpuro Labs is now wholly owned by the engineers who built the dust-monitoring platform at Signal Analysis Lab. The new structure dedicates the company entirely to industrial particulate-matter monitoring.

GRIMSTAD, May 19, 2026—Arpuro Labs AS is pleased to inform stakeholders that it has taken over the industrial monitoring operations, technology, and customer contracts previously held by Signal Analysis Lab AS under the name of Arpuro. The transfer follows a restructuring of Signal Analysis Lab's business. Arpuro Labs is owned by the four engineers who historically developed and operated the Arpuro platform.

“Existing and prospective customers will not see any disruption from this. The change will let us continue our work on supporting and developing the Arpuro platform, as an industry-leading platform for monitoring particulate matter and other pollutants in harsh industries. Same technology, same people, same strategic focus,” said Grim Gjønnes, CEO of Arpuro Labs.

Practical implications for current customers
Nothing operational. Sensors stay online, dashboards stay online, and support continues from the same team. Existing contracts and pilots transfer to Arpuro Labs. Arpuro Labs will contact each customer individually about the administrative details.

Rationale, megatrends, and Arpuro Labs' plans for future growth
The founders of Arpuro Labs decided to pursue this restructuring on a backdrop of novel technologies, expected changes to rules and regulations, and new addressable geographical markets and verticals, plus resulting and attractive business opportunities:

“The new structure will give us a solid platform for future growth, including international expansion and an aggressive technology roadmap. We will shortly release gen AI-based Arpuro Intelligence and Arpuro for noise monitoring, in tight collaboration with key customers,” said Geir Kulia, Chair of the Board.

Thank you
To customers, plant operators, and partners who have worked with us over the past decade, and to NTNU, where the technology started, thank you. The work continues.
